What is the purpose of Shiplove?

Shiplove is a gifting program that aids in helping the RL B2B team maintain engagement within our customer journey. Send a thoughtful note and gift to create a memorable customer experience to help increase sales and drive retention globally. 

Who should I send a gift to?

Customers and Partners. 

What events should prompt me to send a pack?

 Onboarding a partner or customers who just launched an account with us
 Thanking a VIP- send an Executive a gift for doing something important
 Life Event- customer or partner received a promotion, or just had a baby
 Renewal-Customer renewed a contract
 Course Completion- send to existing partner for completing continuing education courses
 Holidays- time to re-engage or maintain engagement with a customer who may have not been as responsive as you’d like.

How long does it take for my customer to receive their packs?

Recipients should receive their packs within 5-7 business days after receiving the order. This applies to US & International Customers. 

How many packs can I send?

We are limited to 15 packs per month. This is subject to change. 

How do I customize my greeting card?

There is a standard message that is attached to each pack. You may preview this message while placing your order. You may also type a custom message in the order field and our team will print the message and include this with your gift choice. 

What countries require tax id #’s (CPF #’s) for delivery?

There are 9 countries that requires tax id # (or CPF #).
